Lord Crispin Cranbury lives in London. He, along with Clive Clifton-Clappen and Grover Click, was a founding member of the Royal Society of Dull Men. His occupation is with the English Language Royalty Collection Bureau where his main mission is trying to collect royalties from the rest of the world for using English. The bureau claims that the rest of the world would not be able to function -- businesses would come to a halt -- if it were not for their use of the English language, and therefore England should be compensated for this.
