Posted to site October 18, 2001:    Who is this guy? Pictures of him have been floating around the internet recently. He seems to pop up everywhere. Apparently he's been around for a quite a while.

    We think he might be a dull man. He looks dull to us — always the same dull clothes, always standing still, always the same serious look, always standing still even when near momentous events . . . sometimes horrendous events    We have several pictures of him by now. We are going to put one up our site each day for the next several days

    We don't know his name. Because we see him wandering all around the world, we are going to give him the name Juan d'Eher
